I made my wife a bench for her garden. It was pretty easy and she says it's "cute" so I guess it was a success.

I bought a twin bed, spindle headboard at a garage sale for $5. I made a simple straight bench with 2x2 legs and 1x4 boards for the seat, attached the headboard for the back, painted it and was done. It is only for decoration, not for sitting!
